The project is built on a 4,000m2 plot. It has five basement floors totaling 20,000m2 and 30 upper floors totaling 25,000m2. Hence the total built up area is around 45,000m2. The project was designed by Abdulmohsin Al Theyab & Partners and the consultants are Messrs. Mohamed Harsani Architects. We have signed this project in packages starting with excavation followed by Structural package, Electro-Mechanical package and Aluminum package. The contract to-date is 132 Million Saudi Riyals.
We are pricing the finishing package expected to be around 30 Million Saudi Riyals.
