This is a strip mall project that included 13,000m2 of parking at basement level, with another 12,000m2 of shops and movie theaters. The movie theaters area 4,000m2 was turned into a hotel with an additional two floors. Total area of the hotel is 12,000m2 serving 132 rooms & suites. The original project was handed over, where as the Hotel construction started on 01/01/2025.
The Designers are ARKI Tectonica & the Consultants are Messrs. Mohamed Harsani Architects. The value of the project is 108 Million Saudi Riyals.
