This project had 7 buildings of 7 floors plus basement. The total built up area was around 100,000m2. The basement under the buildings was used for parking and one of the buildings was a multi-storey car park. The project was built on the basis of core & shell, where by basements, Ground floor and corridors of the multiple floors were 100% finished. The designers and supervisors are Saudi Diyar Consultants and the Project Managers are Turner Arabia. Value of the project was 364 Million Saudi Riyals & Its duration was 3 years.
